Who/Nani/Qui, A Concordia Theatre Department production..."Who/Nani/Qui explores social, cultural, artistic, linguistic, ideological and other commonalities and differences. Through the creative process, under the direction of Rachael Van Fossen, students and a group of guest artists have become artist-anthropologists, studying themselves and each other.". .Van Fossen said: "In developing the piece, our ensemble played with the notion that we can perform in 'character' as each other. Through these performances we were able to uncover both differences and commonalities that go beyond the more obvious markers of identity.". .Who/Nani/Qui includes dance, song and storytelling. Performances range from the improvisational gestural and physical, to highly theatricalized and scripted narratives crossing conventional identity distinctions...Written and directed by Rachael Van Fossen and created with the ensemble and members of the Collectif MOYO..Choreography by Junior Padingani and Kens Mukendi.
