MONTREAL, August 17, 2010 - From the 18th to the 20th of August, the 3rd CIVICUS Youth Assembly will bring together over 100 young people aged 18-30 from across the world at Concordia University in Montreal. These young committed leaders, whether students or professionals, will have the opportunity to discuss the best practices in social justice and to meet representatives of international civil society..For three days, these young people will discuss subjects that will be addressed during the 9th CIVICUS World Assembly, which will take place at the Palais des congre?s in Montreal, from the 20th to the 23rd of August. The main theme of the World Assembly is: Seeking out Solutions: Economic justice and the cross-cutting themes are development effectiveness and climate justice....On the afternoon of August 20th, the Youth Assembly made their way to the assembly itself while enacting a series of Flash Mobs along the way through downtown Montreal
